Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We use different manufacturers to produce our items in different locations in the United States.

Since every item in your order is made individually, it usually takes 2-4 business days to make your item, depending on the manufacturer.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically take another 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Please note that during high volume season(s), orders may take longer to process.

Currently there may be postal delays due to COVID-19 measures, so please be wary!

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. This email is separate from your order confirmation email and will be sent out once your order has been shipped.

Please check your spam/junk folder for this notification, as it can sometimes end up there due to different mail servers.

If, for some reason, you have not received your tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please send us an email at info@kittie-treats.com so we can look into it.

Please note that it can take 1-2 days for the tracking to update.

Delivery Questions

I haven’t gotten my package/it hasn’t shown as shipped yet. What do I do?

Most orders take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com if you feel your package is taking longer than expected to arrive.

My order stopped tracking/is lost in transit. What do I do?

USPS tracking updates are not always updated in real time. Please keep checking your tracking status for 7 days and you should start to see updates. After 7 days, if you don’t see an update, please send us an email at info@kittie-treats.com.

Can I get my order sooner with Express Shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer Express Shipping at this time. Since your order is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, all orders will arrive within 7-14 business days.

If you have any questions, please contact info@kittie-treats.com. We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours. During high traffic weeks, you may experience a delay in response.

Can I call you with a question?

We do not offer phone support at this time. Please send us an email with your question(s).

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel it. Please include your order number in the subject line and we will take care of the rest for you.

Order Changes

Help! I changed my mind and want to remove/add an item in my order. Can I change my order before it ships?

Please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com ASAP to request to change your order. We will try our best to edit your order before it goes into production.

Once we have edited your order, we will send you an updated invoice of your new total order price, which may be more or less than the original price of your order. If your new order total is less than your original amount, then we will issue a refund for the difference in price. If your new order total is higher than your original amount, then we will charge the difference in price on your preferred method of payment.

Exchanges

My item arrived, and I changed my mind about it. Can I exchange it for a different item?

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com to request to return your order and place an order for the new item you wanted.
