Processing Refunds

Process full or partial refunds to your customers directly from your Seller Dashboard.


Deciding on the shipping carrier, class and rate is entirely up to you! Local pickup and deliveries are also an option.

Store Settings

On your “Settings” page within your Seller Dashboard you will find these options to setup for your store:

  • BANNER: Used along the top of your store page. Upload a photo to showcase your products or brand your storefront. If no image is added, a default “Coming Soon” image will be used. Banner size should be 1200 x 300 pixels. If you need a banner for your storefront, we encourage you to use the services of Canva. It’s a graphic design software that is free to use!
  • PROFILE PICTURE: We suggest using a store logo or a seller profile image here. If no image is added, a default image will be used. Recommended size should be 150 x 150 at minimum.
  • TAGLINE: A quick one-liner to briefly describe what your store offers.
  • STORE LOCATION: Indicate what island your store is located on. This allows buyers to sort products based on island.
  • ADDRESS: Optional street address, this is not visible on to users and would be used to contact you if email or other attempts attempts fail. To use the live rates shipping option or to print shipping labels, your address will be required.
  • PHONE NUMBER: Optional, this is not visible to users and would be used to contact you only if email or other attempts fail.
  • SHOP POLICIES: Used to add details about your store return policies, processing and shipping times, materials disclosure, etc. If this option is used, it will appear as a “pop-up” on all of your product pages so that visitors can easily review your policies when considering a purchase.
  • GO ON VACATION: Temporarily close your store while you are unable to fulfill orders. When you go on vacation, customers will NOT be able to make any purchases from your store. If you prefer to accept orders while on vacation, then you can utilize the “Store Notice” option instead.
  • STORE NOTICE: A notice on your site that can be used to notify buyers of temporary delays or holiday deadlines.
  • DISCOUNT: Enable store-wide discount on all of your products.
  • BIOGRAPHY: Used to share a little about yourself and your craft with your customers.
  • ENABLE SUPPORT: By default, the Buyer Support option is enabled. Using this will keep your inquiries and issues managed within your Seller Dashboard on your “Support” menu. If you wish to use your own support system, you can disable this option. However, be sure to include a way for your customers to contact you.
