Listing Content: Images and optional event dates and information

3. User Accounts and Forms

When you create an account or fill out a form, you’re choosing to share information like your name, email address, or business details. Accounts are free and unlock features like submitting and managing a shop, saving favorites with Collections, reporting listings, and promoting your shop. We use this information only to provide those services.

We use your information to:

• Review and publish shop listings
• Contact you about your listing or account
• Improve how the site works and support your experience
• Maintain a secure and welcoming platform

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Shop Handmade Hawaiʻi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has submitted personal data, we will delete it promptly.

The “Youth-Owned” shop tag is self-selected during submission and is meant to highlight businesses led or co-led by young entrepreneurs. We do not verify age and assume that any youth involved in a listing has proper supervision and permission from a parent or guardian. All shop submissions must follow our site guidelines and applicable laws.
