To be an active seller on Shop Handmade Hawaii, you will need to subscribe to one of our affordable monthly plans.


Deciding on the shipping carrier, class and rate is entirely up to you! Local pickup and deliveries are also an option.

Announcements are notifications from Shop Handmade Hawaii. They will usually be announcements on upcoming news, changes or features for our sellers.

Updating Order Tracking

When you ship out an order, if there is a tracking method available for that shipment, you should update the customerʻs order accordingly.

When you update the order with the tracking details, you will be able to keep record of the shipment and your customer will be notified of the shipment, carrier and tracking number.

If you have connected your Shippo account with the marketplace, you can order and print your shipping labels from your Dashboard. Once a shipping label is purchased, the order will be automatically updated with the tracking information and your customer will be notified of the shipment details.

If you have not connected your Shippo account with the marketplace you will need to manually update the tracking numbers, if applicable to your orders.

To add tracking details to an order, you will take the following steps:

  1. From your Seller Dashboard, access your “Orders” menu.
  2. Select the order you wish you update with the tracking information.
  3. Scroll to the “Create New Shipment” button
  4. Select the items from the order that will be in this shipment
  5. You will be prompted to input the following fields:
    1. Shipping Status 
    2.  Shipping Provider
    3. Tracking Number
    4. Date Shipped
    5. Comments (optional)
  6. Tick the “Notify shipment details to customers” to have an email automatically sent out with the shipment details.

Once your order is shipped, you can mark the orders status as “Complete”. If you prefer you can also wait for the shipment to arrive to your customer before updating the order status.
